Specialty Medical Products and its employees collect data through a variety of means including but not necessarily limited to letters, phone calls, emails, voice mails, and from the submission of applications that is either required by law, or necessary to process applications or other requests for assistance through our organization. For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
SMP only collects personal information from our visitors on a voluntary basis. We do not require any personal information from visitors to obtain access to our website.
